Paarrrrttyyyyy time!

This past Sunday was my fiance's 21st birthday. Now, being the awesome, super cool, loving, and supporting fiance that I am, I got a hotel room on the strip for him so all of us could go out and not worry about driving home.

But before we went to the hotel we had his family over for a lunch and whatnot. Originally we were all going to be in the apartment, which kind of made me uneasy. While my apartment is big for a two bedroom apartment, it's not "let's have people over for a small party and everybody can sit comfortably" big. So I was starting to worry about where everybody was going to fit.

I got lucky, the weather was beautiful and we were able to sit at one of the picnic tables by my apartment instead of cramming inside.

It was really nice to have everybody over. We had his parents, his grandparents, his brothers, his cousin and his wife, his aunt, and Kenzie. I feel more and more apart of the family every time we all get together. They treat me like Russell and I have already gotten married and I'm in the family. Russell's dad even told one of this brothers to "say bye to his sister" before he left. (Just what I need, more brothers xD)

I'm about to marry into a family dominated by boys. At least his mom is going to get the daughter she always wanted. :)

After everybody had left we headed for the hotel. Kenzie and I stopped at the dollar store and bought streamers to decorate the hotel room with and silly stuff to wear while we were out.

Our friends Hugo and Smiley joined us at the hotel and after a birthday shot we hit the strip. Don't worry I'm not going to fill you in the the walk back and forth on the strip. It was eventful, but not blog worthy eventful.

Hugo left before we got back to the hotel. I laid down and fell asleep and at some point Smiley woke me up to tell me he was leaving. Russell and Kenzie were having lemon drop shots and I fell back asleep. (I was exhausted and had work the next day.)

However long later, Russell literally jumped onto the bed and flopped his arms over me telling me that he just wanted to hold me.

Kenzie puked and then after I got her back into bed told me about how she just wanted her strawberry from Starbucks but she didn't know where it was. And she kept asking me if our friend Jeremy was in her phone. She had me check like seven times to make sure he wasn't in her phone too.

A couple hours later Kenzie woke me up and told me that Russell had been in the bathroom for awhile. So I got up to check on him. I found him naked and falling asleep on the bathroom floor. He told me he didn't feel good and then said, "This is a new type of war gentlemen," and "I NEED ORDERS!" and "I CAN'T BE STATIONED NEXT TO A TOILET FOR TWENTY YEARS!"

I will never let him live this down. I think I would call this a successful 21st birthday.

Us the morning after. We got Steak N' Shake!

Oh! And if I had a dime for every time either Kenzie or Russell told me that they loved me, I'd have 50 bucks easy.
