Oh, what a busy week! Actually, more like a busy couple of days but with the way my work and sleep schedule have been working I feel like three weeks have gone by in the span of four days.
I finally found a reception hall. Truth be told I would have found it sooner if I got the right number off a website my aunt gave me but I didn't really pay attention and called the first number I saw. But Russell's mom found it (again) and booked it for us. It's perfect. Now I just got to deal with all the smaller details. Dj, bridesmaids dresses, possible favors, centerpieces, limos. Pretty much everything that I've been waiting to do because I haven't had a reception hall.
I also paid off my wedding chapel and picked my flowers for my bouquet. Russell said something about getting the Honor Guard to be at our wedding. I love the idea, but I have no idea how the Honor Guard is going to fit in the chapel. The chapel is really small and we're already at the max number of people that can be in it. And the isle is really small so I'm unsure about how they would fit. The chapel coordinator okay'ed it though so I would like to think she knows what she's talking about. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I'm sorry this post has been lame and short. I really have no idea what else to write about. I've been feeling sort of blah lately. I think it's this new work shift. I guess I still need some time to adjust.
